SKYCLEAR

Origin

Dre was cleaning the air ducts of an old Atlanta school when a hidden pocket of decades-old dust burst over a class of kids. He pulled every child outside and then breathed in the storm himself. He woke up able to see the air: every speck of dust, pollen and smoke glowing like stars. Now he pulls it all out of the air with a sweep of his hands.

Powers

• Dust Sight: sees hidden dust storms inside walls, vents and ducts, glowing like tiny stars
• Clean Breath: pulls dust, pollen and smoke out of the air into a sparkling orb he can carry away
• Fresh Flow: sends cool mint-teal currents of fresh air through any building to clear smoke

Weakness

Mold spores make him sneeze uncontrollably and break his focus; he has to clean the source before he can fight.

Sidekick

Breezy, a sky-blue baby koala who sniffs out dust and hugs air vents.

Villain

The Dust Baron, Grimsby Mote, a collector who hoards dust in his mansion and wants every city as cloudy as his attic.

Costume

a fitted sky-blue hero suit with mint-teal flowing wave panels across the chest and arms, deep-navy side panels and boots, a slim white tool belt.
