Air duct cleaning in Atlanta
Air duct cleaning in metro Atlanta: $349 per HVAC system (up to 12 vents), +$20 per extra vent. Honest advice based on EPA guidance. Booking opens mid-December 2026.

Inspection first, honest advice
The US EPA says duct cleaning has never been shown to prevent health problems, and that a light amount of household dust in ducts is not known to pose a health risk. It suggests considering cleaning when there is substantial visible mold inside hard-surface ducts or other parts of the system, when ducts are infested with vermin such as rodents or insects, or when ducts are clogged with excessive dust and debris or particles are released into the home from the supply registers.
So we start with an inspection, show you what we find with photos, and if your ducts do not need cleaning, we tell you.
What our duct cleaning covers
We clean the supply and return ducts and the registers you can reach from the vents, using a negative-air vacuum and rotary brushes, with before/after photos. The EPA notes that if a system is cleaned, all of its parts should be cleaned. We do not open the furnace or air handler or clean blowers or coils: that work needs a Georgia-licensed HVAC contractor, and we will refer you to one.

Pair it with a dryer vent cleaning: the Whole-Home Fresh Air bundle (1 system + standard dryer vent) is $429. See the full price list.
What to ask any duct cleaner
The EPA and NADCA advise getting a written estimate and scope of work, being wary of very low whole-house "specials" and health claims, and agreeing in advance to any chemical treatment such as biocides or sealants. We follow that guidance: our optional deodorizer is only applied if you ask for it, and only where the product label allows.
