We reply by email or phone with the price and what is included. - Pay the $100 deposit
If you accept, we send a secure payment link. The deposit holds your date and comes off your total. - Lights up, balance due
We install on your date, you see them on, then you pay the balance. We come back in January to take them down.
Installs November 15 to December 15. Takedowns January 2 to 15. Dates are booked in deposit order.

How much does holiday light installation cost?
Full service with our commercial-grade LED C9 lights is $6.00 per foot ($449 minimum): install, clips, timer setup, a mid-season fix visit, January takedown and storage. If you have your own lights, we hang them for $3.00 per foot ($249 minimum). Shrub wraps are $35 each, small tree trunk wraps $60 and wreaths or garland $25. Book by Nov 15 and get 10% off. Your written quote (from photos or a quick measure) is the price you pay.
How does the deposit work?
Once you accept your written quote, we send a secure payment link for a $100 deposit. The deposit holds your install date and is credited toward your total. The balance is due when the lights are up and you have seen them on. If we cannot do your home, or we have to cancel, you get the deposit back in full. If you cancel at least 7 days before your install date, you also get it back in full.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run November 15 to December 15, takedowns January 2 to 15. Install dates are first come, first served by deposit date, and we only book as many homes per week as we can do properly.
Can you use my own lights?
Yes. We hang the lights you own for $3.00 per foot ($249 minimum) and check that your strands work first. Takedown only is $1.25 per foot ($129 minimum), and we can store your lights until next season for $49.
Which homes do you take?
Single-story rooflines, gutters, eaves, walkways, shrubs and small trees in metro Atlanta. We may decline steep or high rooflines. Lights plug into your existing outdoor outlets only; we do not do hard-wiring or electrical work.
Which areas do you serve?
Atlanta and nearby metro cities such as Sandy Springs, Decatur, Marietta, Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Dunwoody and Smyrna. Put your ZIP code in the form and we will confirm.
Holiday light installation is offered by Clear Air Cleaning, a brand of Fire Empire LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. We also clean dryer vents and air ducts.
