Dryer vent cleaning
Every cleaning includes rotary-brush cleaning of the full vent run, lint removal at the dryer and the outside hood, a before-and-after airflow reading, before/after photos, a check of the transition hose and hood, and clean-up.

Air duct cleaning
Cleans the supply and return ducts and registers you can reach from the vents, using negative-air vacuum and rotary brushes, with before/after photos. Air duct cleaning booking opens mid-December 2026.

We do not open your furnace or air handler or clean blowers or coils; that needs a Georgia-licensed HVAC contractor, and we will refer you to one. We make no health or mold claims: duct cleaning removes dust and debris. It is not a medical treatment.

Holiday lights (plug-in only)
Single-story rooflines, gutters, eaves, walkways, shrubs and small trees. Includes clips, timer setup and a mid-season fix visit if a strand fails. We use your existing outdoor outlets only; no hard-wiring.

Service area and visit terms
- No trip fee within 15 miles of Midtown Atlanta (roughly inside and just outside I-285). 15-25 miles: +$25. Over 25 miles: quoted.
- Minimum visit: $99.
- If we arrive and the job can't be done because of the home (no access, a blocked vent we're not permitted to open), a $49 visit fee applies. If it's our call that the job isn't needed, there's no charge.
- Payment due on completion: card, Zelle, Cash App or cash. Card payments carry no extra fee.
Not offered / referred out
We stick to what we do well. For these, we refer you to a licensed pro:
- Furnace, air handler, blower or coil cleaning (needs a Georgia-licensed HVAC contractor; we refer you to one)
- Dryer booster fans (installation or repair)
- Walking on roofs (roof-exit vents are cleaned from inside)
- Dryer repair (referred to an appliance repair pro)
- Vent reroutes through walls or roofs (quoted separately or referred to a licensed partner)
